For instance, you may notice that some weight measurements are listed in kilograms (kg) instead of pounds (lbs), but the product, active ingredients and effectiveness are identical. Shipping is free on orders over $49.99. For orders under $49.98, a flat fee of $15.99 applies. All Shipping is tracked. All orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days, with standard delivery taking between 4-15 business days from New Zealand

For returns or replacements, please contact us at info@noprescriptionpets.com with your order number. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll arrange an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.

If a product isn’t suitable due to ordering mistakes or change of mind, you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s unopened, unused, in its original packaging and sealing. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Please note that No Prescription Pets only takes ownership of returned items once they arrive at our fulfilment centre.
