At No Prescription Pets, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days upon receiving payment. During peak periods or under exceptional circumstances, dispatch times may be extended. If your order dispatch is delayed, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

• Standard & Free Shipping: Orders are typically delivered within 4-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Orders $99 and over. 
  
• Standard Shipping – U.S. Tariffs Included:
• $7.95 for orders $50.00–$89.99
• $13.95 for orders under $50.00

All orders are fully tracked, and U.S. tariffs/import duties are prepaid by us. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. This allows you to monitor your order’s journey from our warehouse to your door.

Delivery Address and Responsibility

Please ensure you provide your complete and accurate address at the time of ordering. While we make every effort to ensure successful deliveries, No Prescription Pets cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

You can track the status of your shipment via the link provided in your dispatch email or directly on our shipping provider’s website.

Tariffs and Customs:
All U.S. import tariffs and duties are prepaid by us at checkout to ensure smooth delivery with no extra charges to you. In rare cases, U.S. Customs may delay, inspect, or reclassify a shipment. While this is outside of our control, we will always provide full documentation to assist. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for any additional fees or delays imposed by U.S. Customs.
