Refund policy
For returns or replacements, please contact us at info@noprescriptionpets.com with your order number. If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we’ll arrange an exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis.
If a product isn’t suitable due to ordering mistakes or change of mind, you can return it within 30 days as long as it’s unopened, unused, in its original packaging and sealing. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Please note that No Prescription Pets only takes ownership of returned items once they arrive at our fulfilment centre.
RefundsÂ
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@noprescriptionpets.com.

Shipping Fees
- Orders under $99 include a shipping fee ($7.95 or $13.95 depending on order value).
- These shipping fees are non-refundable, as they cover prepaid U.S. tariffs and tracked delivery costs.
- If you received FREE Shipping on your order ($99+), the full product amount will be refunded, less any non-returnable handling costs (if applicable).

Change of Mind & Shipping Costs
You’re welcome to cancel your order for a full refund if shipping hasn’t been arranged yet.
Most orders include free shipping, which we cover. However, if your order is cancelled after shipping has been paid for by us or a label has been printed, a shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, even if you didn’t pay for shipping at checkout.
This is because courier fees are non-refundable once paid. If you did pay for shipping and it hasn’t been booked yet, that amount will be refunded in full.
Please double-check your email and address and all details when ordering — we can’t be responsible for missed updates or delays caused by incorrect details.

Delivered but Not Received (Missing Package Reports)
If your order shows a "Delivered" status but you haven’t received it, please contact us ASAP within 5 business days of the delivery date.
After 5 days, USPS generally treats the package as successfully delivered, which limits our ability to track, file a claim, or assist with parcel locker issues.
While we understand this can be frustrating, refunds or replacements may not be available if the issue is reported after this timeframe - unless there’s clear evidence of an error on our part or in shipping.
